Why did Christ say, “All authority has been given to Me”?

His Grace Bishop Emilianos of Meloa gave this sermon on the feast day of Saint Gerasimos. His Grace asks the question why did Christ say, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”?, and shares a few of his thoughts. He tells us if we have love and faith in God, and face things with simplicity, we may inherit the Kingdom of God.
